By using this website or requesting an estimate from Hardline Fencing, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.

Description of Services

Hardline Fencing provides fence estimates and installation services, limited to the following: wood privacy fencing and chain link fencing. Services outside this list are not included unless separately agreed to in writing.

Estimates and Quotes

Estimates provided through this website, by phone, or during an on-site visit are estimates only and do not constitute a final contract. Final pricing and scope of work are confirmed in a signed project agreement and may be subject to change based on site conditions discovered during installation, material availability, or scope changes requested by the customer.

Scheduling and Weather Delays

Installation timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, site conditions, permitting, material availability, or other factors outside our control. We will communicate with you about any changes to your scheduled installation date.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your signed project agreement. Please refer to that agreement for specific payment schedules and accepted payment methods.

Warranty

Any workmanship or material warranties applicable to your project will be detailed in your signed project agreement. General warranty information is also available on our FAQ page.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hardline Fencing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or from services performed, beyond what is expressly agreed to in a signed project agreement.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
